In environmental protection in the process of upgrading, we always adhere to the principle of "in and out", put an end to behind closed doors, constantly invited experts and colleagues from home and abroad to the environmental protection work, and constantly send their technicians to Japan, Germany and other advanced cleaner production peer learning, in order to accelerate the upgrading of the environmental protection facilities and upgrade. During this period, we also received strong support and help from the municipal and district government leaders and the two levels of ecological and environmental bureaus. At the same time, we will strictly implement the laws and regulations on environmental protection, strictly implement the emergency plan for heavy pollution weather in Linfen city, the action plan for comprehensive control of air pollution in autumn and winter, and other relevant regional requirements on environmental protection, and resolutely accomplish the goal of clean production. For the Linfen area environmental protection work, for Linfen city "blue sky defense" to achieve a complete victory to make the enterprise due contribution. Our ultimate goal is to become the environmental protection flagship enterprise of Linfen city and even the whole country.
Environmental protection investment in recent years (a total of 42 projects worth 66.72 million CNY)
1.In 2016, it replaced the original cupola with electric furnace and became the first foundry enterprise in Linfen city to completely use electric furnace to melt. On the whole, the smoke and dust emission of the whole plant was reduced by 12.43t/a. Sulfur dioxide pollutant cut by 27.09t/a.
2.In 2017, environmental bid promotion transformation was carried out: seven categories of environmental bid promotion transformation were carried out, and the environmental protection acceptance was completed in November of the same year, becoming the first industrial enterprise in Linfen city to pass the acceptance. The overall concentration of particulate matter emission from all outlets of the plant was reduced to below 30mg/m.
3.In 2018, in-depth environmental protection treatment and special emission limit modification have been carried out. Activated carbon adsorption + desorption combustion method has been introduced to control volatile organic compounds (vocs). As a result, the emission concentration of particulate matter at key outlets of the whole plant has been reduced to below 15mg/m, and that of volatile organic compounds (vocs) has been reduced to below 40mg/m.
4.In 2019, we will continue to carry out in-depth transformation of all processes: completely eliminate dust emission inside the workshop, complete the comprehensive transformation of all processes, and carry out the self-acceptance of special emission limit transformation of the foundry industry in October. The acceptance results show that all the discharge standards of the company meet the requirements of special emission limit.
